Arihant Mills has made cotton handkerchiefs, sarees and dhotis in Ichalkaranji since 1965. We are looking for skilled cutting, stitching, hemming, finishing, packing and weaving partners who want regular work from a manufacturer, and who take quality as seriously as we do.

Why work with Arihant

Work straight from the manufacturer

We are a three-generation family mill, not a trader. Yarn testing, warping, sizing, weaving, processing, cutting, hemming, inspection and packing are all part of our own process, so the work you get comes from the company that makes and sells the product, with no agent in between.

A clear standard to work to

Every lot at Arihant is checked for size, stitch quality, weaving defects and shade against an approved sample. You know exactly what "good" means before you start, and good work is easy to recognise.

Start small, then grow

Before regular work we ask for a small sample: 25–50 pieces for cutting, stitching or finishing, or 20–50 metres of fabric for weaving. It shows both sides whether the fit is right, without either side committing too early.

An everyday product, all year

Handkerchiefs are an everyday product. Ours are sold through more than 200 distributors across India and in our own online shop, in more than 50 designs. That is the kind of steady product line regular job work is built on.

No machines? Work at our office

If you are skilled but have no work site of your own, you can apply to work at the Arihant Mills office in Ichalkaranji on our machines (for cutting, stitching, hemming, finishing or packing; weaving needs your own looms).

You name your rate

The application asks what rate you expect per piece (or per metre / per pick for weaving). We discuss it with you after the screening call. Nothing is fixed until both sides agree.

  • Quality control गुणवत्ता जाँचEvery lot is checked against the approved sample. हर लॉट अप्रूव्ड सैंपल से मिलाकर जाँचा जाता है।

Who this is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • Stitching and hemming units with their own machines and workers, including wide hemming.
  • Cutting masters who cut accurately to size, lot after lot.
  • Finishing teams for ironing, folding and packing to a uniform standard.
  • Weavers with looms at one unit who can weave handkerchief fabric to an agreed construction (Arihant can supply the yarn for job work).
  • Skilled individuals without their own site who are ready to work at our office in Ichalkaranji.

Not a fit

  • Anyone who gives work out to several smaller vendors and collects it back. We do not accept subletting.
  • Traders or middlemen without their own production.

उपयुक्त: अपनी मशीन और कारीगरों वाली सिलाई / हेमिंग यूनिट, कटिंग मास्टर, प्रेस-फोल्डिंग-पैकिंग टीम, एक ही यूनिट में लूम वाले बुनकर (जॉब वर्क में सूत अरिहंत दे सकता है), और बिना अपनी जगह वाले कुशल कारीगर जो हमारे ऑफिस में काम करना चाहते हैं।

Our standard: one site, no subletting

All work for Arihant has to be done at one single site: your own unit, by you and your own workers, or our office. Work handed on to other vendors is where quality slips, so we do not accept it, for any work type. For weaving, the looms must be at one unit you control. This rule protects you as well: a partner whose work is consistent is a partner we can keep giving work to.

Before regular work we confirm your site details with you on WhatsApp. You can add photos of your work site or machines, a reference from a manufacturer you have worked for, and (only if you want to) ID and registration documents. Documents are optional, stored encrypted and seen only by the owner of Arihant Mills.

अरिहंत का सारा काम एक ही जगह होना चाहिए: आपकी अपनी यूनिट में, आपके और आपके अपने कारीगरों द्वारा, या हमारे ऑफिस में। काम दूसरे वेंडरों को देने की अनुमति नहीं है। बुनाई के लूम आपकी एक ही यूनिट में होने चाहिए। साइट की जानकारी हम WhatsApp पर पक्की करते हैं। फोटो, संदर्भ और (केवल आपकी इच्छा से) दस्तावेज़ दे सकते हैं; दस्तावेज़ एन्क्रिप्ट करके रखे जाते हैं और केवल अरिहंत मिल्स के मालिक देखते हैं।

Your Aadhaar and PAN numbers and documents are stored encrypted, are visible only to the owner of Arihant Mills, and are deleted after 90 days (see the privacy notice below). For your safety we ask only for the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar. Privacy notice / गोपनीयता सूचना

Arihant Mills uses the details in this form (name, WhatsApp number, location, work details, photos and, only if you choose to give them, your full Aadhaar / PAN / Udyam / GST numbers, copies or photos of those documents, and a visiting card) only to verify you, to evaluate you as a job-work partner and to contact you about it.

Your application, including full ID numbers and ID documents, is stored encrypted with Cloudflare (website hosting and storage) and can be opened only by the owner of Arihant Mills. A notification is sent to us by email through Resend; ID numbers in that email are masked and documents are never attached. We do not share your data with anyone else.

ID documents and ID numbers are deleted 90 days after you apply, unless we start working with you. The rest of the application is deleted after 1 year.

You can withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data at any time: email arihantmills@gmail.com with your name and WhatsApp number. We delete everything within 30 days.

अरिहंत मिल्स इस फ़ॉर्म की जानकारी (नाम, WhatsApp नंबर, जगह, काम की जानकारी, फोटो और, केवल यदि आप देना चाहें तो, आपके पूरे आधार / पैन / उद्यम / जीएसटी नंबर, इन दस्तावेज़ों की प्रतियाँ या फोटो और विज़िटिंग कार्ड) का उपयोग केवल आपका सत्यापन करने, आपको जॉब वर्क पार्टनर के रूप में जाँचने और इस बारे में आपसे संपर्क करने के लिए करती है।

आपका आवेदन, पूरे ID नंबर और ID दस्तावेज़ों सहित, Cloudflare (वेबसाइट होस्टिंग और स्टोरेज) पर एन्क्रिप्ट करके रखा जाता है और केवल अरिहंत मिल्स के मालिक ही इसे खोल सकते हैं। हमें इसकी सूचना Resend के ज़रिए ईमेल से मिलती है; उस ईमेल में ID नंबर छिपे (मास्क) रहते हैं और दस्तावेज़ कभी संलग्न नहीं होते। हम आपका डेटा किसी और को नहीं देते।

ID दस्तावेज़ और ID नंबर आवेदन के 90 दिन बाद मिटा दिए जाते हैं, जब तक हम आपके साथ काम शुरू न करें। बाकी आवेदन 1 साल बाद मिटा दिया जाता है।

आप कभी भी अपनी सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं या अपना डेटा मिटाने को कह सकते हैं: अपना नाम और WhatsApp नंबर लिखकर arihantmills@gmail.com पर ईमेल करें। हम 30 दिनों के भीतर सब कुछ मिटा देते हैं।
