Why a job at Arihant makes sense
- An established company that works in systems. Arihant Corporation has made textiles in Ichalkaranji since 1965. What sets it apart is a structured approach to business, with a focus on scalability, systems and automation, so you learn how a real manufacturing business runs.
- Learn from the people who run it. The postings offer a professional environment with a dedicated workspace, direct mentorship from company leadership, and skill development through training and certification programmes.
- Internships that can become jobs. Interns who perform well have strong chances of a full-time position. Several roles also mention possible remote work after the training period.
- Clear hours and published pay. Office timing for most posts is 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. Most postings state a salary range, so you know what to expect before you apply.
- Work in your language. Our postings are written in English, Marathi and Hindi, and some roles ask for people who can work in more than one of them.
Who it suits
- Students and freshers who want a real internship in photography, catalogues, web development, digital marketing or content.
- Experienced professionals in accounts (Busy software), business automation, digital marketing or sales content.
- People in or near Ichalkaranji looking for steady office work: computer operator, office staff (folding, packing, simple office work).
- It does not suit someone who wants to work fully remotely from day one: every position is based in Ichalkaranji, and remote work, where a posting mentions it, comes only after training.
